How fast will I get it?

Immediately. A download link is emailed to you the moment your payment goes through, and the link also appears on the confirmation page.

Is anything shipped?

No. Every product is a PDF you download and print at home. No physical item is shipped.

What paper and printer do I need?

Ordinary printer paper and any home printer. The pages are set up for US Letter and print cleanly on A4 with your printer set to fit-to-page. A print shop works too.

Do I need a color printer?

Mostly no. The packs are mainly black and white, and every page that needs color carries a COLOUR PAGE badge so you can skip it or print it separately.

Which pack should I start with?

Start with the one that matches what you are seeing at home: Better Hands for scissors and grip, Better Handwriting for pencil control, Better Coordination for using both hands and the whole body, Better Focus for rushing and skipping steps, Better Memory for noticing, remembering and calming down. What ages is it for?

Ages 4 to 8. Every page has five difficulty levels, so start where your child is comfortable, not where their age says they should be.

Can I print it again for a second child?

Yes. Your license covers unlimited printing for the children in your own family, forever.

Can I use these in my classroom or therapy practice?

Yes, for the children you personally teach or work with. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the file is not allowed. See Your license.

Is there a refund?

Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not refund after download. If something is wrong with the file, or it is not what the listing described, email us and we will fix it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.

Is this a therapy or medical product?

No. It is a play-and-practice resource. It is not a medical, diagnostic or therapeutic product, and it does not replace advice from a pediatrician or an occupational therapist.
