Refund policy

Our products are digital files, delivered instantly by download link. Once the file has been downloaded it cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds after download.

We will always put things right if something is actually wrong:

• The file will not download, or the link has expired. Email us and we will send a fresh link.
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open. Email us and we will replace it.
• What you received does not match what the listing described. Email us within 30 days and we will refund you in full.

We cannot refund because you changed your mind, because you already owned a similar product, or because you bought the wrong pack by mistake, although in that last case, get in touch and we will usually swap it for the one you meant to buy.

Every product page shows the exact page count, the age range, and sample pages before you buy. The Free Sampler is there so you can try the material at no cost first. Please use it.

EU and UK customers: by completing your purchase and starting the download, you agree to immediate delivery of digital content and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download begins.
